Full specs of Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy Watch7 and Ultra leaked
A massive leak has revealed what could possibly be the full specs of the Samsung Galaxy Watch7 and Galaxy Watch Ultra.
Android Headlines reports that the Samsung Galaxy Watch7 will be available in the same two sizes as the Galaxy Watch6, which are 40mm and 44mm. There are also two colour options: green and cream.
In terms of durability, the Samsung Galaxy Watch7 will have Armour Aluminium 2 with a sapphire crystal display, water resistance up to 5 ATM, IP68 resistance rating, and MIL-STD-810H certification.
Two major upgrades on the Samsung Galaxy Watch7 are the chipset and display. The upcoming smartwatch is likely to be powered by a 3nm processor, which is smaller, more powerful and has higher power efficiency than the existing 5nm processor. The peak brightness of the display is likely to be 2,000 nits.
To compete against the Apple Watch Ultra, Samsung is expected to release the Galaxy Watch Ultra. The new smartwatch will match the Apple Watch Ultra with a 47mm case size and titanium build.
As the new top Galaxy Watch model, the Galaxy Watch Ultra will come with water resistance of up to 10 ATM and a display that has a peak brightness of a whopping 3,000 nits. It is also going to be only available in one model – LTE with Bluetooth.
Samsung is likely to unveil the Galaxy Watch7 and Galaxy Watch Ultra alongside its new foldable phones on 10 July in Paris.
